SUMMERTRAINING IN AW WITH IDA, 13-15 YEARS.

Summer training for those who do not want a hockey break during the summer. Ida Kuoppala is home from her studies in the USA and will hold training sessions for all interested in the area. The session begins with off-ice training at 16:00 as a warm-up. Then there will be skating and exercises for stick technique and more in AW from 17:00.
